- What is your age policy? Here at AWAY Spa Edinburgh we offer body and massage treatments to those aged 18 and above, facial services to those aged 16 and above, whilst those under 16 are welcome to experience our Beauty Bar services (subject to limitations and parental supervision). Access to FIT is prohibited to those under 16 years of age and requires parental supervision for those under 18 years of age.
- Do you have facilities? Yes we have our private Elements Suite at AWAY Spa Edinburgh, which is £60 for 60 minutes per person. It includes a jacuzzi, infrared sauna, and experience shower. This facility accommodates a maximum of 6 people.
- When you have a treatment, are the facilities included? No, unfortunately the facilities are not included however you can book the Elements Suite for £60 for 60 minutes per person.
- Do you have changing rooms? Unfortunately AWAY Spa Edinburgh does not have changing rooms however our individual treatment rooms are designed with bathrooms and showers and are spacious enough for you to take your time to get changed and ready after your treatment.
- Do you have a relaxation area? Unfortunately AWAY Spa Edinburgh does not have a relaxation area however we do have our spa reception area where you are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa treatments and relax.
- How far in advance should I book the Elements Suite? During non-peak season, we recommend booking the Elements Suite at least 2 weeks prior to your desired date.
